Account setup
Create an account and open the user panel
Start by opening VPNSZ’s account creation page. You only need to set a username and password; no email address is required. The username will be used to sign in to the user panel, while the password protects your plan, subscription, and order information. After entering the details, check that the username is easy to recognize, then save the password in a trusted password manager before submitting the form.
After a successful submission, the page opens the user panel. Do not look for a public download link yet, and there is no need to install anything extra in your browser. VPNSZ’s clients, plan status, and subscription entry points are all managed in the user panel, so the next steps follow the same path. If you already have an account, use the “Log in” link in the header instead of creating another one.
If the page remains unchanged after submission, read the message beside the form first. You may need to correct the username format or confirm the password again. Before making repeated edits, refresh the page and re-enter the details to avoid using outdated browser autofill data. Once the account opens the panel normally, continue to plan selection so the subscription details are linked to the current account.

Choose a data allowance and complete checkout
In the plans section of the user panel, you’ll find monthly options with different data allowances. Current monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Choose based on your actual usage: occasional research and text-based tools usually need less data, while extended streaming, large downloads, or frequent use across multiple devices call for a larger allowance.
Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. Don’t compare price alone; confirm that the plan name, data allowance, and billing cycle match your expectations. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days, so use the billing result shown in the user panel. For data that does not reset monthly, see the full plans page for permanent, use-until-depleted data packages.
After confirming your plan, proceed to payment. Alipay, WeChat, and USDT are currently supported. Once payment is complete, return to the user panel and wait for the order status to update, then open the account overview to confirm that the plan is active. Don’t rely only on the redirect from the payment page; an active plan and available subscription entry in the account overview indicate that you can continue. If the status remains unchanged for an extended period, keep your order details and check through the support ticket entry in the user panel.

Copy the subscription link from the account overview
Once the plan is active, open the account overview in the user panel. The subscription section shows the current plan status, data details, and the entry point for importing the client. Find and click the button to copy the subscription link; your browser will usually show a success notice. This link lets the client read the route configuration associated with your account. It is not a regular web address and should not be opened in the browser address bar.
The subscription link is part of your account information and should be stored only on your own devices and clients. To make the format clear, this guide uses an obvious placeholder URL: https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN. This example cannot connect to VPNSZ and contains no real account information. In practice, use only the content displayed and copied from the user panel at that time; do not copy the example.
If copying does not show a notice, allow the browser to access the clipboard or use the manual copy option provided on the page. You do not need to close the user panel after copying, because you may need to review the platform instructions again during installation and import. Next, open the downloads section and choose the platform for your current device; the client and subscription are both provided through the panel, and this page does not provide a static installer URL.
Open the account overviewPlatform import
Import the subscription on your current device
Open the client downloads section in the user panel, confirm your operating system, and use the entry provided by the panel to get the corresponding client. After installation, the key step is to add the subscription rather than enter routes manually one by one. After a successful import, the client shows a list organized by region or route type. If the list is empty, update the subscription once and check that the copied content is complete.
Windows: add it from subscription management
Select Windows in the user panel, get the VPNSZ client, and complete the installation by following the system prompts. Open the client and find Subscription Management or Add Subscription. Paste the copied link into the URL field, give the subscription a recognizable name, and confirm. Return to the main screen and update it. When entries for Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, the United States, Switzerland, Germany, and other regions appear, the client has loaded the route configuration. If the system asks to allow a network connection, check the application name and confirm through the normal process.
macOS: add the URL and refresh the configuration
Select macOS in the user panel and follow the panel instructions to get the client for your system. The first launch may ask you to confirm the app source or allow a network configuration. In the client’s subscription section, choose Add from URL, paste the complete subscription link, and save it. Then click Update or Refresh Configuration and wait for the regional list to load. If a client icon appears in the menu bar but no routes appear in the main window, open the configuration list from the menu bar first and select the subscription you just added.
Android: import the subscription from the configuration page
Open the client download and instructions page from the Android section of the user panel. After installation, open the app and select Add New from the Configuration, Subscription, or Profiles page, then choose URL import. Paste the link and save it, return to the configuration list, refresh it manually once, and select the configuration you just imported. On the first connection, Android displays a network connection permission window as part of the normal tunnel setup. Confirm that the app matches the client provided in the panel, then allow the connection.
iOS: add the subscription from the panel instructions
Select iOS in the user panel and use the App Store link and import instructions provided on the current page to prepare the client. Open the app, go to the subscription or configuration page, choose Add from URL, and paste your dedicated link. Save it, update the configuration, and return to the route selection page. The first time you enable the connection, iOS asks to add a network configuration and requires system confirmation; once confirmed, the status bar or client page shows the connection status. Do not obtain configuration profiles from unknown sources or give your subscription link to web-based conversion tools.
Linux also has a corresponding entry in the downloads section of the user panel. Interface and permission handling vary considerably between distributions, so this page does not cover command-line or system-service configuration. For detailed Linux, split-routing, or startup instructions, continue to the Streaming and Route Reference Guide, or search the Help Center by issue type.

Choose an exit region and connect
After the subscription update completes, choose an exit region based on your purpose. For services with regional content differences, select a route matching the target content region. For everyday research or international websites, start with a nearby Asia-Pacific route. IEPL dedicated lines, relays, and direct connections in the route list represent different link types. First-time users do not need to adjust advanced parameters one by one; choose a route that fits the region you need and connect.
After selecting a route, return to the client’s main screen and enable the connection switch. Windows and macOS clients may offer system proxy, global, or split-routing modes. For the first verification, use the default mode recommended in the user panel and do not run multiple clients that manage the network at the same time. Android and iOS require the system network configuration to remain allowed. Wait until the client changes from Connecting to Connected, then continue to verification.
If the client stays on Connecting, stop the current attempt, update the subscription once, and switch to another route in the same region. You can also close other network management tools before trying again to prevent multiple configurations from changing the system connection. Avoid switching through many routes rapidly, as the system needs time to release the previous connection. If you still cannot connect, note the operating system, the client’s message, and the selected route name, then look for the relevant solution in the Help Center.

Check the exit information and confirm access
Once the client shows Connected, open VPNSZ’s IP lookup page. The exit region shown should match the selected route direction; for example, after choosing a Japan route, the result should reflect the corresponding overseas exit. If the previous network information still appears, refresh the lookup page, then check that the client is truly connected and that the browser is not using network settings different from the system.
After the exit information is correct, open the international website or app you actually intend to use for a second check. If the page loads normally and the account region matches expectations, the first connection workflow is complete. Streaming platforms also consider account region, content rights, and app cache when determining visible content, so a correct exit region does not mean every account will show the same library. If a platform reports an error, fully quit the app, choose another route matching the region, and reopen it.
After verification, decide whether to enable split routing and startup launch for your everyday use. Split routing lets international sites use the route while local sites connect directly; startup launch suits devices used regularly for the same purpose. Neither setting is required for the first connection. Make sure the basic connection is stable first, then enable and verify each option separately. For a systematic explanation of route behavior, regional streaming checks, and common errors, open the in-depth guide rather than changing too many settings at once.

Troubleshoot by symptom
A subscription that will not update, an empty client route list, a mismatched region after connecting, and a platform that will not open are different issues. In the Help Center, start by choosing the symptom that best matches what you see, then check each item for your operating system and client. This is more effective than repeatedly reinstalling the client.
